Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who takes pride in producing high-quality fabrication and welding work across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
- Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
- Fabricate and assemble metal components accurately
- Work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium materials
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Perform finishing and inspection of completed welds
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Experience using fabrication tools and machinery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
Desirable
- Welding qualifications/certifications
- Previous experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
- Forklift or overhead crane experience (advantageous but not essential)
