We are looking for reliable, hardworking Warehouse Operatives (Picker/Packers) to join our team in a chilled warehouse environment. This role offers 12-hour shifts, four days per week, including THREE weekdays and ONE day of a weekend.
Responsibilities- Accurately pick and pack chilled products using a handheld scanner.
- Ensure correct labelling and packaging of all goods.
- Work efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow all health & safety and food hygiene guidelines.
- Report any issues, errors, or discrepancies promptly to a supervisor.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is required.
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment (experience in chilled environment is desirable).
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (Shift times: 7am to 7pm).
- Good attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
