We are looking for reliable, hardworking Warehouse Operatives (Picker/Packers) to join our team in a chilled warehouse environment. This role offers 12-hour shifts, four days per week, including THREE weekdays and ONE day of a weekend.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack chilled products using a handheld scanner
- Ensure correct labelling and packaging of all goods
- Work efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow all health & safety and food hygiene guidelines
- Report any issues, errors, or discrepancies promptly to a supervisor
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is required
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment (experience in chilled environment is desirable)
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (Shift times: 7am to 7pm)
- Good attention to detail and high accuracy
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
