Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to work with our busy client on the Saturday & Sunday shift. The successful candidate will be able to start training asap (2 days per week) before starting on Saturday and Sunday shift from 15th June.

Shift Times: Saturday & Sunday 08:30 to 17:00

Pay Rate: £15.38 per hour

Contract: Temp2Perm (perm after 12 weeks)

This role involves:

  • Leading and supervising a team of x5 operatives doing hands-on warehouse duties such as picking, packing, palletising, goods in, despatch, stock control using warehouse management systems
  • Operating bendi forklift
  • Reporting to the Warehouse Manager

To be considered for this role you must have / be:

  • Able to work every Saturday and Sunday and looking for a long-term permanent opportunity
  • Able to start training on Mondays and Tuesdays up until 15th June
  • Previous experience working within a Team Leader, Supervisor or leadership level role within a warehouse
  • A bendi licence (will accept expired/in-house licence)
  • Happy doing hands-on warehouse duties alongside the operatives as well as leading the team
  • Computer literate
  • Physically fit
  • Reliable
  • A strong level of health and safety & all-round warehouse knowledge
