- Review delivery notes and route plans to ensure efficient and accurate drops.
- Deliver kegs, cases, and bottles to a wide range of hospitality venues with professionalism and care.
- Engage confidently with customers, communicate any delivery issues, and fulfil special requests where needed.
- Complete all paperwork, including delivery notes, returns, and collections.
- Return empty kegs, cases, and gas bottles safely and correctly.
- Uphold confidentiality and customer trust at all times.
- Follow all health & safety protocols, especially around manual handling and cellar work.
- Assist in the warehouse when required and maintain a smart, presentable appearance in your DAYLA uniform.
