We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to support a successful secondary school in Buckinghamshire. This is a long‑term assignment through our agency, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities
- Support students across KS3 & KS4
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group learning support
- Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Contribute to SEN support where needed
- Work closely with teaching staff to improve pupil outcomes
Requirements
- Experience working with young people (school or similar environment)
- Confident supporting learning in a secondary setting
