We are looking for a dependable Yard Operative to support daily yard operations and equipment handling with our client based in Radley, Abingdon.
Pay & Hours:
£14 per hour, £21 per hour after 45 hours, £28 per hour on Sunday. Monday - Friday, 07.00 - 17.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the mat washer, completing daily start-up and shut-down checks.
- Clean mats using a jet washer and ensure efficient operation.
- Complete daily paperwork and report faults promptly to minimise downtime.
- Clean, bag, and store pins ready for distribution, removing any from mats as required.
- Assist with inventory management of tools and spare parts.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and report any risks or concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet operational targets and maintain good timekeeping.
