About the Role:
Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced 7.5T Drivers to join a busy home delivery operation based in Exeter. Working as part of a 2-person crew, you’ll be responsible for delivering white goods and home furnishings directly to customers\’ homes.
Key Responsibilities:

Start time of 06:00 AM, with routes typically planned for an 11-hour working day

Work as part of a 2-person crew with the support of a driver’s mate/additional driver.

Occasionally assist or cover for other crews during breakdowns or delays
-
Maintain a high standard of customer service, including making a 1-hour pre-call before delivery

Use of lifting aids provided to ensure safety and compliance
What We\’re Looking For:

A valid Category C1 (7.5T) licence
-
CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
-
Previous experience in home delivery or similar customer-facing roles preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A professional and team-oriented approach
