Production Operative Required in Taunton

Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:30

Join a growing food production team in Taunton. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to support a busy food manufacturing site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finishing and packing cakes to a high standard
  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Mixing ingredients following set recipes and procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area
  • Working as part of a supportive team
  • Following all food safety and health & safety guidelines
Shift & Pay:
  • Monday to Friday 14:00–22:30
  • £12.77 per hour
  • Weekly pay
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous production or food manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive tasks
