We are looking for a proactive and motivated Production Line Leader to join a fast-paced production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar production environment who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
As a Production Line Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for coordinating a production line, supporting and motivating your team, and helping to deliver products on time while maintaining excellent food safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, working alongside your team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the line.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the day-to-day operation of a designated production line.
- Coordinating operators and packers to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensuring production starts on time and runs efficiently throughout the shift.
- Monitoring line performance and resolving operational issues quickly.
- Leading product changeovers to minimise downtime.
- Carrying out basic machine adjustments where required.
- Performing and overseeing in-process quality checks.
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and health standards are maintained.
