What You'll Be Doing:- Leading and supervising a team of production operatives to hit daily targets
- Ensuring products are finished and packed to a high standard
- Overseeing the safe and efficient use of production machinery
- Supporting ingredient mixing in line with recipes and procedures
- Monitoring quality, productivity and hygiene standards
- Training, guiding and motivating your team
- Keeping the workplace clean, safe and compliant
- Ensuring food safety and health & safety standards are always met

- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing
