Production Operative – Career Progression with a Global Manufacturer
Location: Wellington, TA21
Pay: £13.34/hour starting rate → £14.23/hour (one skill learned) → £16.76/hour (multi-skilled)
Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)

Our client, a well-established international packaging manufacturer, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their growing team in Wellington. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up high-tech production machinery
- Maintain product quality to company standards
- Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency

Pay & Overtime
- Starting Rate: £13.34/hour
- Progression to One Skill: £14.23/hour
- Multi-Skilled Rate: £16.76/hour
- Overtime (paid at time and a half): £20.01/hour (starting rate), £21.35/hour (one skill), £25.14/hour (multi-skilled)
