General Operative Outskirts of Wellington, Somerset Monday to Friday | 06:00 - 15:00£12.71 - £13.00 per hour Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Own transport essential due to location About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site on the outskirts of Wellington.

This is a physically active, hands-on role involving loading materials into bags, operating machinery and supporting the production process.

The work is carried out in a covered outdoor environment, providing shelter while working in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities Loading materials into bags accurately and efficiently Operating and monitoring production machinery Moving and handling materials safely Maintaining a clean and organised work area Following health and safety procedures at all times Supporting production targets and quality standards What We're Looking For A reliable and hardworking attitude Comfortable with manual handling and physical work Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or labouring experience is beneficial Ability to work independently and as part of a team Own transport is essential due to the location of the site What's on Offer ? £12.71 - £13.00 per hour?
