About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Welder to join the team in a finishing role. You will be responsible for ensuring products are completed to a high standard before dispatch. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform finishing tasks including sanding, trimming, polishing, cleaning and surface preparation
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools and finishing equipment
- Work to production schedules and meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow
- Complete quality checks and production documentation
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing or finishing is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good hand–eye coordination and confidence using tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
- Own transport required due to location and working hours
