Looking for a full-time role with weekly pay, excellent benefits and no weekend working? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive manufacturing team in Bridgwater.

The Role

As a Serviceperson, you'll play a key role in keeping our production operation running efficiently by ensuring production lines are fully supplied and supported throughout each shift. Your duties will include:

  • Managing raw materials and ensuring they are readily available to meet production requirements.
  • Servicing all production lines across the factory.
  • Maintaining a continuous flow of materials to minimise downtime.
  • Supporting the production team to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Working safely and following all company procedures.
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday on a rotating three-week shift pattern:

  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  • 10:00pm – 6:00am

No weekends or bank holidays required.
