BIM Manager

• Take ownership of BIM throughout the design and construction phases. You will lead and undertake BIM activities, alongside advising and assisting the project team.

• Be responsible for the company’s BIM standards, processes, content, documentation and policies.

• Keep the company’s BIM systems up to date and in line with the latest technological advances and industry best practice.

• Lead BIM training and onboarding programmes across all stakeholder groups.

• Work with our key suppliers and partners to drive and support BIM adoption.

• Work alongside our Head of Operations to implement the company’s systems strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
