We're looking for a hands-on Team Leader / Supervisor to join a growing production operation. This is not a stand-back role; you'll be leading from the front, supporting your team, ensuring standards are met, and taking full ownership of your shift.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a team on shift
- Taking responsibility for product testing and quality standards
- Owning health & safety across your shift
- Supporting day-to-day production activity (this is a hands-on role)
- Driving performance, productivity, and team engagement
- Acting as the key point of contact for your shift
What we're looking for:
- Previous team leader / supervisory experience (production, warehouse, or similar)
- Someone who can get stuck in and lead by example
- Strong understanding of health & safety responsibilities
- Confident, organised, and able to manage people effectively
- A self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset
- Must have own transport due to location
