Looking for a hands-on role with long-term stability and great team support? We're recruiting a Yard Operative with A21 Wheeled Loader licence to join a busy and growing operation in Radley, Abingdon. This is a key role supporting nationwide operations with consistent, ongoing work.

Hours

The Role
- Operating an A21 Wheeled Loader to move, load, and stack equipment
- Loading/unloading HGVs safely and efficiently
- Supporting the mat wash operation to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard
- Monitoring stock and reporting daily inventory (mats, pins, repairs)
- Carrying out equipment checks and reporting faults
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Valid A21 Wheeled Loader ticket
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous yard / plant experience preferred
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
