Night shifts, Monday - Thursday This is a permanent role. We are recruiting for an experienced
Production Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient, and productive operation of a manufacturing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, drive performance, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Working
Hours: Monday - Thursday 3 weeks on 18:00 - 06:00 & 1 week on 06:00 - 18:00 Key Responsibilities
Lead and support production teams to achieve quality, delivery, and performance targets.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Coordinate production schedules and communicate priorities across shifts.
Monitor production performance, waste, scrap, and consumable costs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
Manage stock levels and production reporting.
Coordinate maintenance activities and minimise machine downtime.
Develop team skills through training, coaching, and cross-functional development.
Monitor attendance, team performance, and employee engagement.
Requirements: Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience monitoring production KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
Knowledge of quality standards, audits, and health & safety.
Injection or compression moulding experience (desired but not essential).
Tool changing and machine setting experience (desired but not essential).
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Forklift licence (desired but not essential).
