Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to join a well-established and growing business based near Chipping Norton (OX7 6BH). This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering excellent earning potential, job security and long-term progression within a supportive transport team.

Salary Package

  • £35,000 starting salary (DOE)
  • £36,500 following successful probation
  • £37,709.94 after 12 months
  • Based on 50 hours per week
  • Overtime available
  • Night out allowance paid separately
  • Minimum of one night out per week

The Role

  • Monday to Friday
  • Multi-drop deliveries across the region
  • Mixture of:
    • Handball deliveries
    • Forklift offloads
    • Tail lift work
  • Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and professionally
  • Building good relationships with customers

What We're Looking For

  • Valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) Licence
  • CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous multi-drop experience beneficial but not essential
