About the Role: We\’re looking for an experienced and reliable Weekend Chef to join our team at one of our contract catering sites. You\’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner for approximately 20–25 people from a set menu . This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working independently in a professional yet friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 20–25 covers per service.

Work from a set menu and ensure all dishes are presented to a high standard.

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, following all food hygiene and health & safety regulations.

Manage stock levels and ensure all ingredients are properly stored and labelled.

Ensure punctuality and reliability arriving on time and ready to work each shift.

Collaborate with site management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a contract catering, hospitality, or similar environment.

Food Hygiene Level 2 (minimum) or equivalent certification.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for good, honest cooking.

Punctual, dependable, and a team player.

What We Offer: £15.50 per hour, paid weekly.

Consistent weekend hours (12-hour shifts).
