Head Housekeeper – 5* Hotel, nr Oban – Scotland, Β£35k + tronc + live in option

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Housekeeper for this award winning, luxury 5* hotel located a few miles north of Oban, Scotland.

This luxury boutique hotel has 16 bedrooms as well as offering self-contained accommodation with incredible views over the surrounding countryside and the neighboring Loch.

As the Head Housekeeper, you will be

  • responsible for housekeeping across all accommodation
  • managing the housekeeping team including organising rotas
  • ensuring high standards are maintained and that guests\’ satisfaction is more than exceeded
  • hands on – this is a hands on role so you will be involved in the daily housekeeping and not office based

Our ideal candidate would be

  • an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or Head Housekeeper with a 5* or 4* hotel background
  • able to lead, manage and motivate a team

  • able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
  • flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude

This is a remote location so it is preferable for candidates to have their own transport and be happy in a remote location
