Recruiting for a passionate Head Chef for our clients\’ team at this corporate site.
The day-to-day operations consist a staff restaurant offering a selection of hot and cold breakfast and lunch options, as well as a salad bar. The hospitality department offers sandwich lunches or buffet style options, all delivered in a casual and relaxed service atmosphere. There is also the occasional event or function which usually is based on a street food theme.
As the Head Chef, your responsibilities will be
• Leading and managing a team to produce a high quality of food
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of current trends in particular street food
• Ability to create food stalls and pop ups
• Budget control, stock and ordering
• Creating exciting menus and work to the clients unique profile
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am – 3.30pm with occasional evenings
