Our Watford office is expanding, and we’re looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Industrial and Driving teams. No recruitment experience is required — we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and hunger to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new business by selling our candidates into prospective clients
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, databases, advertising, and referrals
- Interviewing and registering candidates for temp and perm roles
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Working to targets and KPIs, with your earnings directly linked to your performance
