FORKLIFT DRIVER - IMMEDIATE START
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Driver to join our busy transport company.
£13.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm
1-hour break
Immediate start available
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operating Counterbalance or Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving and storing pallets and goods within the warehouse/yard
- Loading goods ready for delivery and collection
- Assisting with the safe movement of freight and transport equipment
- Checking goods for damage and reporting any issues
- Ensuring loads are secure and handled safely
- Keeping the warehouse and loading areas clean and organised
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Working closely with drivers, warehouse staff and transport teams
- Carrying out other general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Counterbalance or Reach forklift licence
- Previous forklift experience required
- Experience within a transport, logistics or warehouse environment preferred
- Good awareness of health and safety
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Available for an immediate start
