Interaction Recruitment Group in Tonbridge is seeking a Production Line Leader to drive safe, efficient production and uphold high standards of quality, food safety, and hygiene. You will lead a team, meet targets, and coordinate with Planning, Warehouse and Quality Control.
Shifts are 10–12 hours with 4 days on/3 off or 5 on/2 off; training rate £14.07 per hour, then £15.27 per hour after successful completion of training.
