Responsibilities
The Role
As Sous Chef, you\'ll support the Head Chef in delivering fresh, high-quality food while helping to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You\'ll assist with food preparation, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Passion for producing high-quality, fresh food.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
