- What You’ll Be Doing as a Night Transport Supervisor
- Leading nightshift operations and ensuring all routes run smoothly.
- Optimising drivers and vehicles to hit SLA and KPI targets.
- Managing compliance including WTD, driver hours and tachograph infringements.
- Briefing and debriefing drivers and supporting them throughout the shift.
- Investigating incidents and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Building strong relationships across warehouse, drivers, contractors and customers.
- Tracking performance, fuel efficiency and operational improvements.
