Hours:Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Contract:Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for anAdministratorto join our client's team in Rochester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for atemp-to-perm positionwith a well-established company.

The Role

As the Administrator, you will be an important part of the team and thefirst point of contact for customer queries and orders. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and be confident managing a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Your duties will include:

• Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally
• Processing customer orders and queries
• Preparing and sending quotes
• Ordering and managing stock
• UsingExcelfor day-to-day administrative tasks and record keeping
• Dealing with employee queries
• Managing holiday requests and related administration
• Providing general administrative support to the team

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous administration experience
• Anexcellent telephone manner
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
• A professional and proactive approach
• The confidence to deal with both customers and employees
