- Must hold a current ITTSAR or RTITB Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
- Proven ability to supervise warehouse teams and manage operational workflows.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Flexible, proactive, and positive in approach.
- Innovative and willing to take ownership of processes and team development.
- Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with practical, hands-on work.
- A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
