HGV Class 2 Driver - Temporary to Permanent or Permanent | Peterborough
Interaction Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client in Peterborough . We have opportunities available on both a temporary-to-permanent basis and straight permanent contracts , depending on your preference and suitability.
Pay Rates
- £16.00 per hour to start
- £18.50 per hour after 3 months
The Role
- Multi-drop deliveries
- Handballing and heavy lifting involved
- Long-term work with a reputable company
Working Hours
- Flexible start times, with most drivers starting around 9:30 AM
- Finish times vary depending on the daily workload
- Some days can be long, while others may only require a few hours
- Guaranteed 8 hours\' pay per shift , regardless of the hours worked
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous multi-drop driving experience is essential
- Comfortable with handballing and heavy lifting
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
