This is a fantastic role offered on a Part Time Temporary to Permanent basis. Our client is a highly reputable company established for well over 100 years with a huge presence across the UK. They have gone from strength to strength and are experiencing organic growth.
Due to huge growth, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and initiative-taking Office Administrator to contribute in a busy fast-paced working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure office operations are running smoothly.
- Responsible for HR duties, Health and Safety Administration, and Purchasing Administration.
- Assist the Operations Department in all aspects of administration.
- Oversee contractors on site and handle queries with service providers.
- Obtain quotations and act as Purchasing Administrator when necessary, including raising Purchase Orders.
- Be the point of contact for colleagues regarding HR-related queries, including onboarding new starters.
- Actively participate in meetings and contribute effectively.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required with a hands-on approach.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Purchasing Administrator, Operations Administrator, or Facilities Administrator is essential.
- Highly flexible with a can-do attitude and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and a dynamic, likeable personality.
