Location: based at Interaction Recruitment in Northampton, we are looking to grow our Catering and Hospitality Division and are on the look out for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant
Basic salary: c.£26.5k to £32k NEG DOE + commission with a realistic OTE of £50k + benefits and perks
Rota: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30 and Friday 08:30-16:30 with 1 hour for lunch breaks each day (on call is currently shared between 2 Catering and Hospitality Consultants)
Applicant:
- Must drive, have a reliable vehicle and be a confident driver (mandatory)
- Will have Recruitment, Sales and/or hands on Catering experience (mandatory)
- Shall be friendly, bubbly, confident, punctual, reliable, flexible, professional and trustworthy (mandatory)
- Will be proficient in all MS applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook (mandatory)
- Should have or be able to ascertain business car insurance (ideal)
- Might hold an enhanced DBS, Food Hygiene or Food Safety certification (ideal)
- Could have worked in BOH and/or FOH operations (ideal)
- May be a proven Perms Consultant with evidence of achievements (ideal)
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent Catering & Hospitality vacancies
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for a range of hospitality positions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry contacts
- Advertising vacancies across appropriate job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels
- Conducting candidate registrations, reference checks, and compliance documentation
- Coordinating candidate interviews and managing the offer and onboarding process
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and supporting client development activities
- Assisting with the fulfilment of temporary staffing requirements during peak periods and when required
- Achieving individual and team performance targets and contributing to the overall success of the business
- Undertaking additional duties and responsibilities as reasonably required by management

- Started a brand-new division in July 2024, now servicing over 160 clients
- Supplying temporary staff to a plethora of clients across Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire
