Admin - Recruitment Support

Location: Narthampton -Brackmills

Job Type: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm

Whether you have experience in customer service, sales, administration, retail, Warehouse, hospitality, or recruitment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities

  • Source, interview, and meet high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Advertise vacancies and proactively search for talent.
  • First stage of Interview over the phone.
  • Second stage of Interview: meeting candidates face to face and running (site tour).
  • Calling new candidates and arranging Interviews.
  • Match candidates to suitable opportunities.
  • Meet individuals and help the team to perform.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new candidates.

  • Previous recruitment experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering great service.
