Interaction Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of our fantastic client, a highly successful company based in Milton Keynes. They are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detaildriven Administrator to join their growing team.

This is a pivotal onsite role responsible for the end-to-end coordination of sales orders, logistics, invoicing, financial processing, compliance, and quality control. Acting as the central operational link between Sales, Warehouse, Production, Finance, Couriers, and Customers, you will ensure the smooth flow of activity from order entry through to production, dispatch, invoicing, and final financial reconciliation.

You will also support onsite Health & Safety administration and act as the Quality Designee, performing 4eye checks on critical aerospace and specialty materials. This is a highownership, highvisibility role requiring strong accuracy, sound judgement, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced operational environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms
• Basic understanding of accounts and financial processes
• Knowledge of export documentation and customs requirements (preferred)
• Experience coordinating logistics or warehouse operations, or transferable skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and with remote/overseas teams
• Comfortable working onsite in a hands-on operational role
• Full UK driving licence required
