About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a national wholesaler for a reliable and hard-working Class 2 Driver to join their Manchester-based team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that goes beyond just driving - you'll be a key part of the delivery operation and the face of the business to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out multi-drop deliveries to a range of customers
- Heavy lifting and manual handling of goods on a daily basis
- Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
- Maintaining the cleanliness and road worthiness of your vehicle
- Representing the business in a professional and positive manner at all times
About You
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Newly passed drivers are encouraged to apply
- Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and customer service skillsA positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
