Our well-respected client, established for over 30 years with a worldwide presence in over 35 countries, is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Purchasing Admin Support to join their growing business in the Leicestershire area on a Full Time Fixed Term contract basis.
As a Purchasing Admin Support, your role will be:
- Carry out purchase admin support duties for the department as required.
- Raise and match purchase orders in line with sales order processing.
- Maintain supplier relationships and source quotations in line with purchasing support duties and responsibilities.
- Source, maintain and update daily, weekly and monthly records within reporting.
- Ensure all data is recorded within the company's internal database and system.
- Accurately complete and close all work instructions while solving any discrepancies.
- Support the Financial Controller, Stock Administrator & Accounts Assistant as required.
- Provide full administrative support within the purchasing & accounts team.
- Assist in month-end activities and reporting as required.
- Demonstrate a highly flexible attitude with the willingness to undertake additional Purchasing Admin Support duties.
- Play a key role within the annual stock take activities.
As a Purchasing Admin Support, you will benefit from:

Purchasing Admin Support requirements:

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
