Production Operative / Assembly Operative
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives / Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous production or assembly experience, although full training will be provided for the right person.
The Role
As a Production/Assembly Operative, your duties will include:
- Assembling products and components accurately and efficiently.
- Following production instructions and procedures.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Using basic hand tools and equipment where required.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.
- Meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth production.
