We are looking for a smart, professional and welcoming Front of House Receptionist to support a premium car dealership at weekends. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, takes pride in creating a first-class impression and understands the importance of great customer service. Customers visiting the dealership are often looking to make a significant purchase, so a warm, confident and polished approach is essential.
Hours and Pay
- Between Monday and Friday: 09:00 to 17:00 (three days a week)

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers into the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
- Creating a positive first impression for every visitor
- Directing customers to the appropriate member of the sales or service team
- Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries politely and efficiently
- Keeping the reception and customer waiting areas tidy and presentable
- Offering refreshments to customers and keeping that area tidy
- Supporting the wider dealership team with general front-of-house duties
