Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long‑term work with genuine progression prospects.

Location: Exeter, Devon

Shift Pattern: Night shift: 20:00 to finish (typically between 04:00 and 06:00 finish time) Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and sorting goods
Loading and unloading deliveries
General warehouse and light packing duties

Full training will be provided. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.

Requirements:

Reliable transport to access the site (rural location)
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Good level of reliability and attendance
Willingness to learn and develop within the role
