Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: St Neots
Shift: 08.00- 16.00 (7am-3pm Friday)
Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking a motivated Assembly Operative to work with an established manufacturing client in St Neots
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products and components to a high standard, following technical drawings and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to production specifications.
- Carry out quality checks on finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any faults or defects to the team leader or supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work at pace whilst maintaining quality.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an assembly, production, or manufacturing environment preferred (training can be provided).
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
- Be a team player
