RAC is seeking Customer Service Advisors to work at our Bradley Stoke office. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with RAC members, discussing policy options, and helping them renew or sign up for products. You will provide clear product guidance and excellent service to customers.
You will build rapport, retain product information from training, and communicate effectively to resolve queries. The position is office-based with a shift pattern and 5 shifts per week.
