We're looking for a motivated and reliable Soft Landscaper to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in creating beautiful landscapes, and have a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and hedges.
- Laying turf and wildflower areas.
- Soil preparation, mulching, and ground improvement.
- Installing planting schemes to landscape plans.
- General landscape maintenance and aftercare.
- Operating hand tools and small machinery safely.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.
- Working effectively as part of a team and following health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in soft landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance.
- Good plant knowledge is desirable.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred (essential if travelling between sites).
