Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking for a part-time role with flexible hours and the opportunity to become permanent?

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a busy business based in Corby. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous finance administration experience who is confident using Sage Accounts and is looking for a part-time position with flexibility around working hours.

The Role

Working as part of the finance team, you will provide general finance and administrative support, with a particular focus on invoice processing and posting.

Duties will include:

• Posting and processing invoices
• Supporting general finance administration
• Updating and maintaining financial records
• Checking invoices and supporting documentation
• Assisting with purchase and sales ledger administration
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• General office and administrative duties as required

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant or similar role
• Good working knowledge of Sage Accounts - essential
• Experience processing or posting invoices
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• A reliable and professional approach
