About the Role

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a full‑time, permanent Class 2 HIAB Driver to join a well‑established roofing supply operation in Bedford. You will be delivering roofing materials to trade customers, construction sites, and residential properties across the region. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class 2 HIAB vehicle for multi‑drop deliveries
  • Confidently use the HIAB crane to load and unload roofing materials
  • Carry out daily vehicle and equipment checks
  • Follow company safety procedures and site rules
  • Maintain a professional and customer‑focused approach
  • Communicate effectively with customers and depot staff

Requirements

  • Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • Valid HIAB certification (ALLMI / RTITB / ITSSAR)
  • Minimum 6 months previous HIAB experience
  • Confident operation of the crane with safe working practices
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to full‑time permanent employment

Working Hours (Permanent Contract)

Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30
Friday: 07:00 – 16:00
No weekends • No nights • Full‑time hours guaranteed
