We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part‑Time Bookkeeper to join our friendly team in Morley, LS27. This is a fully office‑based role with flexible hours, designed to accommodate your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing 400 – 600 orders per week and managing payment allocations
  • Handling payroll, wages, and bank reconciliations
  • NEST pensions management and awareness of wages and tax codes
  • Checking customer payments on delivery and inputting payments (cash, direct debit, credit) into the system
  • Ensuring accurate bookkeeping records using SAGE 50

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SAGE 50 (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • No criminal convictions (a DBS check will be completed prior to employment)
