Location: Biggleswade Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Breaks: Paid 1hour lunch Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Start Date: Immediate

Overview

A proactive and wellorganised Warehouse Administrator is required to support daily operations within a busy logistics environment. This position suits someone with strong attention to detail, confident communication skills, and experience working in a fastpaced warehouse or transport setting. Familiarity with parcel networks or large logistics operations is an advantage, i.e DHL, Royal mail, Amazon etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and maintaining warehouse documentation
• Managing paperwork for inbound and outbound goods
• Completing data entry and updating internal systems
• Supporting warehouse teams with administrative and labelling tasks
• Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and management
• Ensuring stock records and movement logs are accurate
• Handling enquiries via phone and email
• Keeping the admin area tidy and organised

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse administration (preferred)
• Background in parcel or logistics operations (beneficial)
• Strong IT skills, including Excel, email platforms, and warehouse systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
