Hours: Monday to Friday | 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

Job Overview
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for an ongoing temporary assignment with our client in Aylesbury.
The Role
- Working on production lines within a busy manufacturing environment.
- Operating machinery and production equipment where required.
- Assembling, checking, and preparing products for dispatch.
- Following production processes and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Meeting daily production and performance targets.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
Requirements
- Previous production experience is essential.
- Experience working on production lines or within a manufacturing environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and carry out manual tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to follow instructions and production processes.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Aylesbury.
