Interaction Recruitment is looking for an experienced Bendi/Flexi Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy, well-established and growing distribution operation in Aylesbury.
Offering £30,000 per annum, a consistent 5-day shift pattern and the opportunity to go permanent, this is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, safety-conscious individual looking for stability and career progression.

What will you be doing?
As a key member of the warehouse team, you'll help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Your duties will include:
- Safely operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift to move and store stock.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Replenishing stock and ensuring products are stored in the correct locations.
- Checking incoming goods and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Supporting general warehouse operations and manual handling.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures and wearing the required PPE.
- Working with the wider team to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
What we're looking for

- A valid Bendi/Flexi forklift licence and recent operating experience.
- Previous warehouse experience.
