The Role :

Interaction Education are seeking an empathetic and experienced SEN Teacher to join a SEN primary school based in Andover. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a deep commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs, creating tailored educational experiences, and helping each child thrive in a nurturing environment. As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to students with a range of Special Educational Needs and assess students\’ individual needs and develop personalised learning plans to support their progress.

The role is to cover Maternity Leave and will be 2 days a week until March 2026.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • DBS (or the willingness to apply)
  • Plan, prepare and teach a range of engaging lessons to enable SEN students with varying abilities to progress through the curriculum
  • Be an outstanding and innovative classroom practitioner who can lead and enthuse students
  • Reflect a passion for learning and drive ambition for every student in the classroom
  • Creative & fresh approaches to teaching as well as being flexible and adaptable

Role Includes:

  • UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE equivalent)
  • Experience teaching SEN children
